Roy’s Story

I grew up without a father in my life—and I know firsthand the gap that creates in a man.

It leaves questions around identity, direction, and purpose. Questions that often go unanswered, or get answered the wrong way over time.

That reality became the foundation of my “why.”

Along the way, God met me in a personal and transformative way. He began to heal what was missing, restore my identity, and bring clarity to how I was designed to live. Through that process, I discovered a deep burden and calling: to help develop the next generation of leaders—not by doing life for them, but by walking alongside them as they discover their identity, purpose, and potential.

Today, that calling shows up through coaching, mentorship, and leadership development—helping men step into their authority, live with intention, and walk out their unique purpose.

But this work isn’t just personal—it’s also proven.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve built and scaled businesses, developed teams, and worked closely with leaders and organizations to drive growth and transformation. I’ve led and developed a sales organization of over 100+ representatives, where I personally coached and mentored individuals in many of the same principles I now bring into my coaching.

My experience spans business, ministry, and entrepreneurship—giving me a unique ability to meet men where they are and help them grow both practically and spiritually.

Those I’ve worked with have experienced real breakthrough—gaining clarity, building confidence, strengthening their leadership, and stepping into new levels of responsibility and impact.

My role is to help draw that out—bringing clarity, structure, and accountability so it becomes real, lived, and impactful.

I believe every man has a unique calling, and if it’s not discovered and developed, it doesn’t get expressed in the earth.
